totally, and i'm not ruling out the possibility that these newcomers are simply recycling a bad faith talking point they received from someone else (e.g., the folks @taylr.bsky.social mentions below)

totally, i'm sure a lot of lydia's older supporters are proudly anti-progressive and anti-aisha. i was just shocked by the number of young folks **in lydia t-shirts** that had done so little homework.

here's how i'd classify ~40% of the lydia supporters in 10-7: - under 35 - first-time caucus goers - led to believe that aisha is the status quo candidate - no opinions on the aisha other than some lydia talking points (see quote below) a single phone call from aisha's campaign could sway them imo

really hoping that @metrotransitmn.bsky.social expands upon this partnership. imagine being a transit rider in the twin cities and being able to purchase fares via an app that isn't trash!

never thought i’d see the day where both sides of my personality (react state management, channel tres) would be featured together in a ben holmes whiteboarding video

ok if we're talking hilarious 2017 minneapolis mayoral campaigns, it is important that aswar rahman and his giant truck of plastic water bottles are a part of this conversation

obsessed with the idea of a media bias analyst reading a damning investigative piece on minneapolis police use of force and another on snowplow naming contest submissions and thinking "yes yes these are the same"

if you're in the middle of a post and you accidentally hit the back button in your web browser, there's no prompt to discard your draft and you lose everything 🫠
