Two thoughts: first, rail tickets are a hellscape where it's easy to end up buying the wrong ticket. But also, it's up to you to make sure your railcard hasn't expired. And people do tell inspectors they've "made a mistake" and turn out to owe hundreds on regularly dodged fares.

I feel it's perhaps a tad optimistic to expect Labour to have insulated all of Britain's draughty housing stock in less than a year. (Energy bills are stupidly high, though.)
