Think a lot of women my age loved the Anya Seton novels when we were teenagers. I re-read Katherine every decade or so.

If you ever went raving/clubbing and are in or near London, do go and see/experience In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats. It's a trippy VR recreation of the 90s rave scene in the Midlands and it's joyous. I saw it in Birmingham a couple of years ago and it was glorious to go again. Absolutely brilliant.

For the 3rd time in the last week reputable orgs have sent me full press releases or reports and slapped "Embargoed until..." on them. An embargo means nothing unless mutually agreed; it's not a diktat. It wasn't worth burning them over weak stories, but PRs really need to up their game on this.

The quickest way to get a cereal with fewer than five ingredients is to remove the ‘fortification’ that gets routinely added to them – vitamins, minerals, iron, etc. Same is true for bread and several other products. It’s less “processing”, but it’s definitely not an improvement.
