Amazing work! The abstraction bends my mind. ✨

It seems the author of the reply blocked me after my attempt to reach out and offer support. I'm legit crying right now. I know things are bad but if you shove help away it's only going to get worse. If anyone can, please reach out to hollybrigstocke and let her know I'm ready to listen whenever.

I have limiting beliefs, too! What that means is: I think your brain is being mean to you and I'd love to help you work through it if you want someone to talk to. It's hard to break through them and that's what community and friends help you to do. Please DM me I'm being so serious.🫂

So I'm actually being honest with you when I say my life was in shambles and I was socially isolated before this group started. You can DM me if you want photos of our group and someone to talk to. It sounds like you have some limiting beliefs but I'm willing to be a friend if you need one. hmu! <3

I can't scream enough about the benefits of having regular IRL communtiy; join a local discord server or subreddit, make a regularly recurring meetup, it can be coffee or lunch or whatever, invite anyone who feels like it out and suddenly you'll have a community.

It's absolutely not though! We owe it to our loved ones to reveal when we're struggling. If we keep it inside, if we mask it, if we allow it to buid, we suffer silently under the guise of being strong, independent, or stoic. Suffering can be like a fart if you just LET IT OUT! 😤 3/3

I'm Kay, but sometimes I'm not; every time I say I'm 'okay', there's a CRUSHING weight behind it. The pain of revealing that to another hurts more than carrying it around. When you've been punished for your vulnerability, keeping your pain inside can almost feel like a kindness to someone else. 2/

💙You are EXACTLY who this was for, Mal! There were moments when I sat, SOAKING WET at the library typing that up that I hoped, deeply hoped it would brighten even one person's day. Thank you for confirming it for me, and I shed reciprocal tears hahaha.

It's all about #neurodiversity, #mentalhealth, life complexities, and the #creative process itself. Spoiler alert; the message is ultimately an encouragement to any #artist or thingmaker who otherwise wants to drop a project forever and how to face discouraging thoughts. 2/2

it supports gifs native to social platforms, like giphy or gif keyboard, but not ones that you upload yourself. so, as a passionate gif animator, this sucks. :(

The answer is a resounding NOPE. @bsky.app does NOT yet support uploaded .gif playback in 2025.

'Productivity' is a class myth that benefits the wealthy. What if we literally all just slowed down? The amount of food waste in this country is astonishing. Extracting resources more quickly doesn't help everyday people.
