A third-world city where houses are above $20M and where I'll grab lunch at a place called Huckleberry, pick up groceries at a farmer's market, and walk over with my dog to a place called Love Coffee for a lavender oatmilk latte. Yup. Totally 3rd world needing rescuing by shitler's goons.

I give you Vileger & Vandam's whole schtick (gun embossed leather.) They did a carry-on bag that was 🙄. I'm sure the TSA loves that. vliegervandam.com/products/pur...

This isn't even LA

Gavin forgetting he's more than a wannabe candidate for President and is the gov of CA. Just useless. Maybe he needs to host more podcasts with the right-wing.

It's not even how cop vehicles are marked up in LA. Transparently bullshit.

Urges protestors not to be violent. DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT TROOPS AND ICE TO BE PEACEFUL. And that's where we are at. She asks the victims to be calm but nothing to the aggressors. No appeal to humanity. Nothing. Useless political animal.

I guess her political consultants weighed in and told her to _finally_ say something. These Dems that always need to take a poll check before saying anything should never hold office again. They don't actually know right from wrong.

"Violence must stop" Schiff can't call a spade a spade directly. The violence is only coming from one side (and it isn't the protestors.) This is what's wrong with politicians and media today. Passive voice and won't say directly the aggressor if they are the ones in power.

The State of California can take this to court. That goes for any pretext of federalizing the CA National Guard. Newsom doesn't have to be so weak.

I would call this a reach-around but, at this point, they are just publically "telling" each other to make sure to tickle the balls.

Police. Lie? No Fucking way. Media parroting these lies as fact? No fucking way.

I am sorry you are now divorced. (I don't make the rules. Good luck to your ex-wife)

But... does anyone want Vance? There's gotta be a way to tie him into all of this. (But Mike Johnson no better... it's like garbage all the way down: Grassley, Rubio, Bessent, Hegseth... I'm willing to give up on the US experiment. Time to do as the French)

Scarborough normalizing fascism/authoritarianism. No, it's not an "ombudsman," you shits. No, this isn't an ok request. This media is complicit.

Hey, dipshit, you are in office. Do something. You and the rest of the useless Democratic official leadership. Watching you guys confirm useless Trump nominees says you are an un-serious individual. Obstruct! You need to be voted out and replaced with a fighter. We don't need any more circus clowns.

Jeffries needs to go. For being useless.

Reminder Miller's wife is, by her own interviews, a psychopath. All characteristics. This is the story of a narcissist, a psychopath, and a sociopath. There are no winners.

Tariff deals have to be ratified by Congress. (despite what Trump believes.) That's actually true for all treaties and international agreements. (including what happened with NAFTA and eventually CUSMA.) Hasn't happened for the UK deal. It's all still a power grab by the Executive branch.

To the Samaritan, next time just set it on fire. Chris will then have more to write about so he gets a win.

I get a Pavlovian reaction to even thinking about Sichuan dry pot. When I went vegetarian, cauliflower became the option as "the meat." But just the potatoes, lotus root, burdock, etc with the mala peppers would fill the need.

"hospitals have collapsed" They. Were. Destroyed. Intentionally. Are you kidding with this passive voice? Name the killers of civilians. Of doctors. Of babies.

Are they Decepticons or Autobots?

I wonder if you know someone in Congressional office who could do something more than performative jackassery? Or maybe that person should step aside for the fighters.

You guys just throwing away the 1st A. Not a surprise. Imagine if "the paper of record" didn't try to cement a (bad-faith) connection between independent violent acts and Constitutionally-guaranteed right to protest & assembly? Looking for who to blame for changing attitudes, find a mirror.

Does Bobby have a gold plane to give Trump or money to put in a Trump property? If not, Trump doesn't care.

Pretty sure it's an orchestrated action like the despicable group who filed false claims against student protestors at Columbia. (probably the same people)

You might also want to learn about the technological developments vs just fear-mongering or you become as stupid as the GOP. "a large reason why China" is nonsense. Deepseek 2 is now on Huawei chips (a Chinese company.) You need to control access to LLMs not just AI chips.

Companies don't "play fast and loose" with regulation controls -- they can't change or make them. Government administrations aide and abet and condone. It's not the companies to be held responsible but those who make it possible. Is Hawley holding his own party responsible?! (no, of course not)

Single-issue voters will overlook things. They know but pretend it isn't true, isn't "that bad", or "doesn't matter."

The fact that it is only 1/2 says a lot about the "reasons" the other half don't see his antisemitism. And it has to do with unconditional support of Netanyahu's genocide.

Jake Tapper being an ableist piece of shit and simultaneously dunking on... FDR? One of the greatest US Presidents?! Jake Tapper (and his shitty book) need to go straight to the dust bin of history.

Reagan stopped it and yet somehow Biden was impotent. Think about how foolish your nonsense is in historical perspective.

You might as well put "Again" as part of the headline. NYC seems destined to pick poor leaders for stupid reasons. (when _everyone_ can see it)

There is no victory for our democracy or for justice in a system that made this possible in the first place. The trampling of rights will continue. Fix the system. Hold those people accountable. Then we can talk about "victories."

Leavitt has no idea what the Library of Congress is. I encourage her to visit so she finds out 99% of the stuff in the LoC is "inappropriate for children." Somehow she thinks the LoC is some quaint shack in a podunk town.
