I need people to understand the preliminaries for this started in 2021 and Pete Buttigieg protected Elon by putting them on the backburner at the NHTSA because he wanted to use Musk as his megadonor for his 2028 run. That's why the NHTSA investigations did not OFFICIALLY start until Musk backed DJT

If this ever happens, it will be due to Martin Eberhard, Tesla's founding CEO and inventor of core tech in Tesla EVs, raising the issue in his lawsuit after Musk ousted him from the co. iirc @plainsite.org made those legal records available + @washingtonpost.com did *outstanding* in-depth reporting.

Tesla's Fremont, CA factory has been in violation of the Clean Air Act basically nonstop since 2019. Tesla has been doing illegal stealth recalls for years. Autopilot has killed tens of people due to known design issues. Tesla and Musk should be toxic regardless of his role in national politics.
