"Birch Tree: Unwrapped" This is a bit of accidental art that really delighted me. It's a 3D model of a birch tree, deconstructed so that I could 'bake' the lighting and texture into a single image. The effect is a kind of 'knolling' where the pieces are arrayed just so. Made in #Houdini
