I mean there’s little distinction between Universal’s three parks; we know this because interchangeably things from the non-studio parks show up in the international studio named parks (Potter, Spider-Man, Jurassic Park, and Mario, which isn’t even a movie!)

The only reason I want a fifth gate is so everybody stops complaining when they open an IP-based attraction and it “doesn’t fit”

One of them tried to pedal the first Christian win or lose character and were community noted with “the Pope is in Cars 2”

Using wallin as supporting evidence is like using a 5 year old as your empirical evidence.

Hot take, you can say this about any movie where there isn’t a white man in the movie. How many white people didn’t understand the family dynamics in Coco, Encanto, Moana, etc?

fwiw, Pixar green lighting more women and minority led films may be something worth discussing, but when you use that as the crux of your argument as how Pixar is bad now, you look like a massive racist and douche, and they are smart enough to know not to do that.

they were also talking about splash mountain this weekend; they seem to think that SotS is a universally recognized property, when in reality, people knew the characters from Splash Mountain, if they knew them at all.

Just because you say “it’s political” a million times doesn’t mean it actually is.

For example, they seem to think that the entirety of Turning Red is about periods…when in reality just a line or two refer to a woman’s menstrual cycle. They also neglect to consider that kids seem to love Elemental, Luca, Turning Red and Soul once they are on streaming.

During all of our trip the pirates queue kept clogging the walkway along the water, kind of defeated the purpose of removing the fountain area for queue if a different queue is going to fill the space anyway

I don’t think I’ve ever seen it referred to as the African Outpost. I’ve only seen Outpost or Refreshment Outpost used.

The new trick system is incredibly hard (for me at least) to master, and in online it’s kind of pointless given that there’s now 24 racers that can toss an item at you

Universal Studios, but context can dictate if I just say “studios”

Definitely doable if you go on a day where everything is up and the weather is good, not very helpful in terms of planning though.

I think this is the first time Nintendo has referenced that they are amiibos, I feel like it was a secret this whole time

WRE would have had so many 5th key refurbishments by now, it’d be a Toy Story attraction.

We live in Florida. The not chain $27 large pizza don’t taste that much better than the Hungry Howies $9.99.

It’s worse in Florida, where it’s very much still summer, and the further you get from Halloween, you see less and less people in costume.
