Not just that one... but pretty much some form of a majority of them:
-obstructed Justice by gnawing at judicary powers
- trying to make judges dependent on his will
- cutting off trade
- imposing taxes without consent (tariffs)
- transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offenses

Puzzling that, in the Whiskileaks debacle and the debate over the security of Signal, there's scant discussion how purposely using 3rd party software for official business potentially allows them to more easily evade record keeping requirements even though they still fall under FOIA

That’s EXACTLY what the GOP did. They’ve been playing a “long game” for years. Started with city councils, state legislatures, then governors then Representatives, Senators, then courts and now executive office.

That’s because, in the Constitution, The Executive Branch is charged with enforcing court decisions and Congress is charged with making sure the Executive Branxh does its job. You can see how screwed we are. The whole system of checks and balances has collapsed.

Happened in Germany in the 1930's. Jailed Putsch criminals were freed and morphed into Brownshirts. I know the Nazi-Germany analogy is oft overused.... but Trump is really seeming to be using it as playbook. From "Luggenpresse"/Lying Press to this and 'enemy' roundups. Sort of scary
