On to TR2's Golden Mask expansion (which I've never played). "Cold War" has some cool visual moments, but the enemy count feels a tad harsh for starting with none of the weapons or meds from the main game. Also, the snowmobile is here ...

Anyway, back to TR2 as we venture into "The Dragon's Lair." It's quite a bit easier than the Don Bluth version - just melt the dragon with Uzis from afar and go and grab the Dagger of Xian before it gets a second wind.

Yes, I think the faster response helps, especially when you press that button at the very last nanosecond. If you get rid of film grain and chromatic aberration you also don't lose too much in the visual tradeoff.
