That house is gorgeous and all I can think is that that is RealtorSpeak for “this house needs $250k in work to be livable.” Mold, structural issues, etc. maybe? Because that house is gorgeous and anyone who would tear it down simply because they prefer a McMansion should be publicly shamed.

It’s better than that. The headlines are wrong — Tesla doesn’t report “sales.” *Deliveries* declined. Unlike most carmakers, that’s a trailing indicator because most cars are ordered and delivered later, instead of sold and delivered from dealer stock.

Yeah, they don’t parse out “deliveries” from “sales,” which is significant for a company that sells most of its product via factory orders rather than dealer inventory. Looking forward to Q2 😀
