The whole island of Puerto Rico is without power (and therefore water.) Again. It is estimated to take 2-3 days to be restored. & yes it is hot as fuck here for anyone wondering.

Today marks the day of 1 year since I moved from Chicago to Puerto Rico. Island life is often a challenge & I have wanted to leave more than once, but it is so beautiful here and I am grateful to live where I have always dreamt of living. Cheers to another year ahead! 🥂

I fell down the side of a mountain this morning and tumbled for like twenty seconds before the pocket on my joggers caught onto a tree branch and I was able to climb back up. Only have two minor scrapes. Live to die another day lollll

Everybody makes jokes about Puerto Ricans with knives but it's one recipe that should never be lost, I will absolutely stab when necessary lol. I was always taught to drive around with a machete and ax in my vehicle too I am not playing with these crazy menfolk I stay ready 🫡
