We could all definitely stand to have less sugar in our lives, especially refined sugars, but this whole “SUGAR IS EVIL” and pushing artificial sweeteners on kids as a result gives me the willies. Especially fruit products. Fruit flavored gummies with no sugar? Why? Maybe just do a piece of fruit?
