Also (sorry if this is super long ;w;) getting in shape is 90% in the kitchen and 10% exercise, so healthy eating habits will be the main thing you want to focus on in the beginning! Don't do everything at once or go all in to start, make small changes and turn those into habits!

really rough when you start out. You'll be sore ALL OVER and that's not what you want. Keeping it to a schedule for certain workouts will keep DOMS to one part of your body so you can work out others with no pain, helping with consistency!

I recommend choosing certain days to do certain things, and make sure those days are scheduled out! Such as one day would be leg day, another cardio, another arms, etc. Doing everything all at once in the gym can cause it to be harder to keep workouts consistent as DOMS is-
