People will eventually catch on to their bs. We just need to educate and inform each other, and the people (hopefully) will rise to the top and give these big tech corporations, that only have evil deeds at play, the middle finger and say enough is enough.

Whoa I didn’t know this part about turning off the Al assist feature on DDG, but I also never click on it for an answer. Would be nice to not see it at all though.

Agreed. I don’t have any Google apps on my phone anymore, besides YouTube to watch stuff. I switched to Apple Maps for my driving navigation beginning of this year too.
Google and Meta are the worst for stealing your data, and yeah, they simply don’t care, because it’s about making them richer.
