In dissent, Sotomayor accuses the Trump administration of openly defying a lower court order, and says SCOTUS now "rewards" it.
"Each time this Court rewards noncompliance with discretionary relief, it further erodes respect for courts and for the rule of law." www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

I've been loving Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. It's like playing a historical drama TV show. I learned a bunch about 1400 Czech and it has beautiful recreations of historical cities and countrysides.

The rutgers guys not being a winning team is also a big red flag

People always seem to think that there is a generational player in every draft and there isn't and if there is one, they often don't go first.
That doesn't stop people from picking their favorite.
I agree that having 4 top picks on a not dominant team is a big red flag.

Isn't this similar to what Biden did by making top of the line chips from NVidia illegal to sell to China?

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say this is comparing no ray tracing vs ray traced *reflections* vs path traced *global illumination*?
Seems that not being specific causes confusion. Also I'm not sure that ray tracing here is referring to reflections. It may be specific object illumination? ie cars

Gorsuch has a history of actually being a textualist as opposed to Thomas and Alito who just use "originalism" to find their desired outcome. He's right twice a day like in Bostock.

I like their podcast and I think they know what is really going on but they suffer the "platforming" problem where cranks and charlatans get a voice just because they exist or have something the reporter wants like access.
It's what is going on in this article for sure.

It would be nice if Steam curator lists were more easily accessible. That doesn't make a whole business idea though. Lol

What a ridiculous sane washing opinion from Friedman. This interview is not worth listening to.
