If Moran violated ABC's rules, whatever--that's not my issue. But the network has already shown itself willing to capitulate to Trump in the face of threats. I suspect that five years, months, or weeks from now, Moran's judgment about Miller will hold up far better than ABC's judgment about Moran.

Whatever a cop does to someone, it has a small chance of killing them. Pepper spray will cause heart attacks or strokes in some people. Getting shot with a rubber bullet has a chance to penetrate your abdomen. Handcuffs can cause blood clots and embolisms. Its as much for the cops as for the public.
