If it were ever to happen, an FSU-Ark MCWS final would be like the 2016 World Series. Both in the magnitude of heartbreak for the losing side, and also it would be guaranteed to be deeply stupid and go as many games as possible and end with extra innings and rain and chaos.

One thing I have noticed in my return to press boxes this year: I don't know if it's new this year or it's been building for years or what, but it's absolutely brutal and it's far too common: DJs taking pop/rock songs and playing them over completely unnecessary dance beats. It's gotta go, y'all.
