My boss and I have this conversation all the time. He’s firmly off the opinion that we’ve passed the tipping point so he’s switching from trying to bring about change to figuring out how best to survive.
When I’m stressed about something at work he reminds me none of it will matter soon!

Definitely, the nighttime (around 10pm) is when I usually come awake. I haven’t fallen asleep before 3am unaided in months! ðŸ˜
Luckily I work from home so don’t have the added burden of having to make myself presentable in the AM, I can just crawl from bed to my desk.
