The only thing he is waiting for is Tomahawk shooters to get in place.

Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like blue Senators already know to vote NO and red Senators could really give a crap what their constituents think.

This won’t last forever. He’ll be long gone before their careers are in full swing.

I have very little faith that the Senate will somehow regenerate the backbone to stand up for their constituents, let alone the good of the country overall.

And Austria won. Good choice. And I say again, what a voice.

Three of my favorites didn't make the Grande Finale on Saturday: Australia, Ireland and Czechia. Austria did – what a voice.

Or more fitting “…we need to provide our families with a lavish lifestyle that is more befitting of our exalted station compared to other lesser Americans.”

They said the same thing about Roe v. Wade, then a large % of women sat out the election. Said the same thing after every school shooting, then youth don’t vote. Only 2/3rds of eligible voters voted, 1/2 of those voted R. Fully 2/3rds of country are complicit with this admin, by action or inaction.

So who precisely will prosecute? Certainly not this DOJ.

How to ruin your budding career by tweet. Every potential future employer will be thinking “Do I trust this guy’s judgment?”.

The PM must be a far better man than I am because I’d be considering opening the electrical breakers.

Personally I think the most incompetent is Major Mojito, but that bar is so low.

UPS just announced layoffs because of less packages from Amazon due to high prices and long wait times. Bezos may have caved, but he doesn't get away unscathed.

Can we remove stop signs and traffic lights? I want my freedom.

And no one donates to GOP campaigns. That’s the real issue.

So they're stopping the tax-exempt status investigation and funding the $2B they held? Thought not.

I don’t think Tesla can survive this even if they fired musk tonight.

Rich people would have been far better off had Harris been elected, stable economic policies continued, tax cuts expired and they paid their fair share in taxes. FAFO.

Isn’t all of trump’s crap, I mean merch, made in China?
comment in response to post
The trouble with this plan is we have to survive until the next election. It hasn’t even been 3 months yet – we have 19 months until the midterms.
comment in response to post
The rich would have been better off just paying their fair share of taxes.

Who is stupider, the one who spouts crazy crackpot theories or the one who listens and acts upon it?

All those middle-men and insurance company people gotta eat, too. Or maybe they could get real jobs.

You would think that with participants like SECDEF, SECSTATE, CIA Director, NSA, VP, someone would say maybe we should be talking about this on more secure channels like siprnet.

Usually by the time you reach major (O-4), Hegseth’s rank, you learn to own up if you screw up. Guess that lesson was missed.

The main issue isn't how a reporter was inadvertently invited to join this chat, the issue is why top personnel are using an unclas app to discuss at least secret (maybe TS) operational plans when the US has spent billions setting up networks that are supposed to carry such comms. Sloppy.

Wonder if he glues his rockets together.

Maybe he’s the “glue” that holds it all together, like his trucks.

The former. They're truly spineless. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

The Dow is down over 4,000 pts since 4 Feb. Isn't there anyone in the GOP with enough smarts in economics to say it's time for the stupidity to end?

You could write a 30-day clean CR in 10 minutes. Bring the House back and vote on it.

Treasury’s databases. You think a megalomaniac like Musk would somehow hold himself back from wielding that kind of power? And Trump and staff were too stupid to see it coming.
comment in response to post
payment of interest on the debt, military pay, or payment on any contract the military uses for fuel, weapons, parts, food or transportation. Musk has Trump over a barrel, and Trump and his minions didn’t see it coming. And if Trump tries to remove Musk? Musk and his “kids” wipe or sabotage…
comment in response to post
By controlling Treasury, Musk has become the most powerful man in the country, probably the world. Trump HAS to do what Must wants or Musk can, selectively or collectively, stop any Treasury payment to any group. Social Security to seniors, Medicare, paychecks to any group of federal workers,
