I knew it. Gamboa’s rifle wasn’t even loaded. I get that the “peace officer” or whatever didn’t know that but if he had even TRIED to deescalate it would have been fine, Arthur Ah Loo would be alive, and an innocent man would not have been in jail with a gunshot wound, shackled.
