the bill has some good ideas, but I'm in an HOA (minneapolis condo) and have been on the board and the requirements would make being on the board somehow even more hospitable than it is now. it's hard to find just five people to be on the board out of 100-150 residents, considering it's unpaid

is there a threshhold they use for speed? a lot of people slow down to a very low speed like a couple mph but don't actually stop. not great but much better than people who just blow through them of course.

this is absolutely my mother, who is almost 77 and with her genes will probably live into her 90s. but she has some serious eye/vision issues that make driving difficult. i want her to move somewhere more mobility friendly when my father passes away, but she also loves the community in her building.

i'm in a bougie precinct (9) and the old rich white people in my section were so mad lol. a lot of celebration in the extremely warm (the windows don't open?) blegen hall afterwards
