The funny thing is that arguably all increases to retirement age actually achieve is shifting the social security contract from natural unemployment (age/retirement, study, youth, disability, illness) to non-inflationary unemployment (looking for work or underemployed). #auspol

We don’t have enough scale builders to have a competitive market so they can pick and choose. Home building is a cottage industry. You can remove that inconvenience with homes that don’t require builders. That can be deployed rapidly anywhere. We have a massive industry doing it already.
