So I expect "journalists" to report facts, *not* opinions and to be able to back up what they report with 'receipts.' I don't want the news media to tell me what I or others may want to hear. I want them to objectively & neutrally give me facts (as @macfarlanenews.bsky.social does consistently).

Here's the background on the charges. In 2022, he was stopped in TN driving a van filled with people allegedly straight from the border. That van was registered to a guy convicted in 2020 under 8 USC 1324 for "alien smuggling." That guy told DOJ he hired Kilmar to drive migrants up from the border.

She *is* smarter than he is. As I recall, this Harvard Law grad thought he had a 1st Amendment case against a publisher who chose to *not* give him a book deal in the aftermath of Jan 6.
