Spread the word! Nationwide protests on Saturday June 14, the day of Trump’s birthday parade. www.nokings.org

I wrote on Substack about my decision to turn my fundraising operations over to support local protest and mobilization. I want to win in 2026, but there is no fair election next year if we don't prioritize stopping Trump's corruption now. www.chrismurphyct.com/p/im-launchi...

Another loss in court for Trump Admin. Judge blocks administration from preventing foreign students from traveling to Harvard www.cbsnews.com/news/harvard...

Will he give the ring back or is he going to sell that, too?

WOW. Breaking news from ABC that has the potential to cast serious doubts on today’s indictment of Mr. Abrego Garcia.

(Whispering): 'I don't care what you do -- *don't* memo me what you did -- but just find *something* we can charge Abrego Garcia with.'

Today is the LAST day to weigh in on the future of the D.C. Bar Cast your vote for our colleagues Diane Seltzer and Amanda Molina We need integrity on the ballot, & they'll deliver www.directvote.net/DCBA

His official Senate biography states that he served 20 years in the ministry. On Jan 6, he was speaking on the Senate floor in opposition to certification of the election results when the Senate was evacuated b/c of the Insurrectionists' attack. Many hours later, he withdrew his opposition.

This is a lie. CBO's 10.9 million health coverage loss figure is NET of people who switch to ESI/the exchanges/etc. The Medicaid & CHIP provisions kick more than 10 million off. Some find other coverage, for a net loss of 7.8 million. Add in the ACA provisions, and the net effect is 10.9 million.

One year ago today

Good thing that DOJ was able to conjure up 'criminal charges' in only a couple of months. Otherwise, Abrego Garcia would still be rotting away in Danteville. Those adamant, declarations by Blondie that 'He is NEVER coming back!!!' ... So did DOJ finally figure out what "facilitate" means or what?

The silence of Stanford (my employer) is staggering.

HAHAHAHA

Can't wait to see DOJ's evidence.

Hawley is a product of Stanford and Yale Law. Stupidity can be costly.

This is a great point. 'If you didn't vote for this when you voted for Trump, then what are you willing to do *now* to stop it?'

Vlad is having a very bad day

"Having lost at every level of the judiciary, the Government now improperly attempts to relitigate these same failed jurisdictional challenges rather than answer Plaintiffs' Complaint."

Noticing this across the board with various agencies, and remembering my days in Iraq. Those police and soldiers who wore masks were considered cowards and suspects in extrajudicial action. Cant help but believe those doing it now in the US are complicit in crimes.

"How could you sleep at night taking a pardon when you know you were guilty?"

More than 1,500 US Capitol riot defendants were pardoned. Only one rejected and refused the pardon.. and said accepting it would be "wrong" WATCH: www.cbsnews.com/news/pamela-...

Somebody better tell Jake Tapper.

In the Senate trial of Impeachment #1, Alaska's Sen. Lisa Murkowski voted to acquit Trump. In Impeachment #2, she said 'I want him gone.' She must oppose this.

Has the clock started to tick on that $40M of pro bono work?

Gov. DeSantis is a lawyer. Did he miss all of those Con Law classes at Harvard?

Everyone knows that's not a circuit split. It's a banana split.

When the Sec'y of the Navy thought that the attack on Pearl Harbor took place on June 7, 1941, and DHS PrisonPhotoOp Sec'y Noem didn't know what habeas corpus is, then why *would* the FEMA guy know the US has a hurricane season?

This 1000%.

Early rumors are that up to 40 Russian strategic bombers were destroyed in one of the most audacious operations I’ve ever seen. Get fucked, Vlad.

🚨👀 massive drone attacks targeting Russian long range bombers deep inside Russia.

Wonder if the capitulating firms considered that *they* might have broken the law.

A hardened, embittered, broken woman who looks older than her actual age of 55. Yet mockery and cruelty. No empathy to give. Rinse and repeat. Karma.

"[W]e must sail sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it--but we must sail, and not drift, nor lie at anchor." --Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. To paraphrase Judge Wilkinson in Abrego Garcia's case, "sail" is an active verb.

Saturday night 🔥🔥🔥 Malcolm Kenyatta killing it—torching Musk, dragging Joni Ernst, & calling out the DC clown show for what it is. He said it loud: that town is a hot mess! More of this energy, please🤩 @malcolmkenyatta.bsky.social

Remnick: "Why isn't this a frivolous lawsuit?" Stahl: "It is a frivolous lawsuit."

Hey Philly, you and your neighbors have been targeted by DHS as sanctuary jurisdictions. Trump's strong-arm tactic: 'Assist ICE or I'll cut Fed funds.' Tell the folks in City Council and the Mayor's office to stand up. Never negotiate with a bully.
