PoE1 filter notes have been posted!

Secrets of the Atlas is a HUGE expansion. My filters has always been built on the backbone of understanding the community well. I would really appreciate it, if you can answer the following poll! forms.gle/HRahYxMHHE8m... Thank you!

Game dev is tricky. In my indie game project it took me, multiple iterations, but I'm finally happy with the following magic system. Spellbooks are spells (effect, cost, cooldown). Staves have mana, manaregen and activate spells they point at. Other items add effects. Does this sound coherent?

PoE2 had a large update and filters can now finally filter by Magic/Rare tier (the items in the screenshots!). This is now part of the filter and can now be set up and adjusted on filterblade as well, pretty much everywhere. Go wild.

Today marks 10 years since I launched my PoE1 filter. Thank you all for being part of that journey! This has become an integral part of my life. You guys are awesome. To celebrate: New PoE2 style: COBALT. PoE1 gets a new style next league!

Just updated the filter to 0.7.1 - the economy update. - Tiered and added economy and meta data for all 100 uniques - Updated the tiering of all uniques, omen, essences, fragments... - Finetuning to spear tiering More details: www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExil...

All my filters are updated for dawn of the hunt :) www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExil...

Filter(Blade) update tomorrow will include a new style: Zen. Minimal, ggg-like, great for customizing, highlights expensive items. Perfectly balanced. I'll be streaming the final steps of the filter update in ~9 hours on twitch. Come say hi and watch me scream at code!

Working on the upcoming new styles for Dawn of the Hunt. One idea I have is to take the Dark Mode style further. This style reduces the highlight, equalizes all fontsizes, uses minimal borders/backgrounds for everything outside of the top 2 tiers. Thoughts?

The upcoming FilterBlade update for PoE2 this friday includes: - Prices for items - Icons - Drop locations and useful use-cases for all tierlists. (visualized in filterblade, the filter generation already uses this information)

I'd like to share a moment of game-dev joy. Recently added runes and runewords to my roguelike/backpack/arpg indie project (deep in dev) I was sceptical about the design, but the extra player agency+mastery element worked PERFECTLY. Visuals, need a bit more polish, but what do you think?

This week I'm taking a break from PoE2 to explore the underwater meta on Tenerife. Saw half a dozen sea turtles. Here's my favourite foto. Some more aquatic content may follow over the next days. Poe content resumes next week

Let's talk about PoE2's latest patch. It's really good. I enjoy the new endgame so much more. The new tower layouts are fun, goals on the atlas are good, my merc is less buggy. Rune replacements, lots of QOL. It's 2 steps forward and 0 steps back. I'd call it a win.

It's been ages since I made a new forum post on the PoE forums or any forums for that record. I just made a forum thread for my filter and been doing classical things like banners, quotes and images and it felt strangely nostalgic:

NeverSink's LOOTFILTER for POE2 FULL VERSION is LIVE!!: ALSO: FilterBlade is Update for POE2 ALSO: Subscribe Style filters are out! ALSO: Dark Mode Release! Grab it from any of the links here: www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExil... Thank you all for the support!

Once my full filter for PoE2 and FilterBlade is all published... I'm looking forward to doing something less stressful and relaxed. I'm thinking PoE2 SSF HC.

Alright. After countless hours over the last weeks: - My full PoE2 filter - FilterBlade - Subscription Style filters ...are all going live at the same time tomorrow. I'll do a release stream over the course of the day, I expect we'll need 6-8 hours to finish and polish up everything.

FilterBlade release for PoE2 will come with a new background of Shambrin - one of my favorite NPCs in the game! Planned for tomorrow evening!

Good news for Geforce Now players. Consoles likely will receive this soon. Profile filters in PoE2 make a return! Upload filter code to your poe profile ( https://buff.ly/3DSqrV1 ). You can grab my lite filter of my github. Tomorrow you can get my full version as well (recommended upgrade)

FILTERBLADE + my FILTER tomorrow evening/night (unless something starts burning) Custom Sounds: YES Strictness?: YES. 7 Dark Mode?: Unfortunately Canceled... j/k, YES It'll be available on filterblade + my github

PoE1 standard is this weird place where seemingly impossible items pop up that look like they're bugged. Sometimes the item actually IS bugged. Here we have a +23340% fire resist armor that scales armor from off fire-resistance. Nothing to see here lol.

I'm happy to announce, that I'm now cooperating with Maxroll and the PoE2 CC there. This means: - FilterBlade news on their site. - Maybe some neat tools for guide writers when it comes to filters in the future? Post with some style, strictness and darkmode insights! https://buff.ly/3Wd8TJE

Releasing my new PoE2 filter + FilterBlade on Saturday-Monday. All of these statements are true: - Most advanced PoE2 filter+site tech up-to-date. - Tons of polish/work - Won't be perfect. More work will be needed - Expect multiple patches every week. - Your feedback matters! - I'm very anxious.

Chancing bases available in upcoming filter and the best result for each: - Stellar Amulet (Astramentis) - Heavy Belt (Headhunter) - Emerald Ring (Thief's Torment) - Sapphire Ring (Dream Fragments) Keep in mind the chances to hit these is super low! Thoughts?

I need your input on some filter questions! Do you want lower maps outright hidden on higher filter strictnesses? Do you think they should be just highlighted a lot less? Do you think the highest strictness should only show T15s?

I've given my lite-filter one last final update, until the release of the full filter! - Endgame maps only show the very best normal/magic bases - Chancing item highlight - S-tier uniques - Some highlight for misc value items! Grab it here: github.com/NeverSinkDev...

This is my peak filter/filterblade development setup

Overview of how my filter generation pipeline works in PoE1 and will work in PoE2, once everything is finished.

I get asked a lot what's the difference between: My current PoE2 mini-filter VS The upcoming one in one week Basically the upcoming one is the one you're used to from PoE1. If you've never played PoE1 or like tables check the picture :)

Timing update on my projects and streams: NeverSink's PoE2 Filter: ETA: ~1 week FilterBlade PoE2 support: ETA: ~2 weeks Console Filters: ETA: idk, 100% depends on GGG PoE Gaming & Filter Dev Streams: Daily, starting tomorrow Indie Game Dev streams: ETA: ~1 month

I've been playing poe2 on the steam deck over last week (business travelling). Here are some experiences: For context: I've been playing a new merc character and reached act 3 over the time. 1/n

I've built a mini-filter for PoE2: - It doesn't hide anything - Highlights everything important - Really helps with gameplay. Enjoy: www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExil...
