Big news about a new Nova one-shot coming out this September! It will be part of the Imperial event going on now. Imperial #1 went on-sale yesterday.

I've been working on this for awhile. If you run into one of those "all '90s comics were bad" people or one of those "I'm glad I skipped the '90s" people, here's a list you can show them of all the interesting, unique, acclaimed and good stuff that came out in the decade.

If I may be petty for a moment: Every time someone writes about or discovers how terrible Mark Millar is, a New Warrior smiles. This is what happens when you kill off the New Warriors to prop up your feeble copy of a premise for your cheap stunt event.

The way this interview ends is quite moving and beautiful

This better end with that joke alternate ending of the book where he says he doesn't mind just being called Frankenstein

My favorite part of Andor so far: in season 1 episode 3, it looks like there is a stairs droid so people can get off some kind of commuter shuttle. A stairs droid!

Marvel Comics has delayed the release of the New Warriors: Nova & Night Thrasher Omnibus by about a month. It was originally scheduled for a July 22, 2025 release, and is now planned for August 19, 2025. (Thanks to @novaprimepage.bsky.social for the tip.)

#Comicsky, I’m looking for something! In 1988, before the Comics Creators Bill of Rights was drafted, a meeting of comics people in Toronto created a “Creative Manifesto.” I haven’t been able to find a copy online. Anybody have a lead? Source: albert.nickerson.tripod.com/creatorsbill...

Well this is wonderful and speaks so well to how seemingly effortless the New Warriors touched on socio-political themes. Sounds like the person is talking about the 1992 Marvel Holiday Special.
