I'd say a fusion spell that sends from the extra deck for materials. Imagine sending Eclipse Twins, Aggregator, Garura or an albaz fusion (dragoon will totally be good this time)

Just treat it as a luck die. If they low roll they can use it before the result is called, and that gives the rest of the party plenty of time to remind them.

Yea would only be reasonable if you get like a talents hand rip, but chances are you're already committed to the NSS line anyway

If you get a read that your opponent isn't on nib or didn't open it you could certainly go for the no NSS line

I ran some test duels and found that the only way I could get it to not work is if i didn't have 2 copies of the lvl 7 monsters in the deck, whether in hand, on field or in the GY or Banished

Do you have 2 additional copies of Red-Eyes in the deck? Just being thorough

I've come across this with Runick Dispelling, where I have to make sure it's my toggle is set to "ON" so that I can use the discard effect of the card. I think it's dumb to, but probably has something to do with priority

This is probably a dumb question but just being thorough, but do you have two monsters to tribute summon the Red-Eyes?

Hopefully its just confirmation bias, I feel dnd's time in the lime light is fading, especially thanks to the ogl scandal and the rise in motivation to try other systems.

I think since WOTC has tanked their brand so hard over the last year, we've shifted away from it.
