I was at a function for my child's school today and they started playing that song over the speakers in the gym. I kid you not every single middle schooler knew the words to that song and were singing along.

Is it common around the country to wait so late into December to decorate the tree? Growing up, we usually did it the first of December, and I've continued that with my family. I know some people who don't do it until Christmas Eve!

I have to wait for a digital release as I don't really go to theaters anymore, but it looks great, it's on my list now!

Could be something local to my machine, though I don't know what it could be. All drivers and whatnot up to date. I was excited in the recent patch notes to see client crashes get fixed, but I still got em 😭

I can barely play poe2 tbh. My game crashes on basically any instance or loading screen. I like it so far, what I've been able to experience.

I also frequently get butt punched by hot sauce.

I can't even find on their site how to get the client downloader lol

If you own season 4 and can spare the karma it cannot be beat for jumping puzzle QOL. The only annoying ones are those you have to carry a torch or whatever so you can't use it, but those are few luckily.

I think some of my favorite memories in GW2 are from playing in my least favorite game mode with the people in my guild. [TG] memories for life ❤️

I think they're all in such a rush to be the first to publish something and then they just do retractions later after the damage may already be done. Easier to ask forgiveness than permission I guess.

I don't like PvP in most games and GW2 was no exception, but I found a great guild to zerg with and played heal tempest for about a year, was pretty fun like that. I don't understand roamers or small-scalers one bit lol.

If you play WvW at all, there's a vendor that sells stat-selectable Exotics for Badges of Honor.

The sparkle will only appear if you've uncovered that section of the map though, there are a few core Tyria maps where it LOOKS like you've uncovered all of the map, but there's some cave or little section that you haven't been to yet.
BlishHUD all the way for map completion

I have a story about CoT. I used the position rewinder to make my life easier, but little did I know that if you teleport too far and get a loading screen, it erases your checkpoints.
So the last big glide is too far to tp without a loading screen fyi.

A commander's tag is maybe the most worthwhile gold you will spend in the game. I wish I had gotten mine before I tried to finish Aurora and Vision, would have made my life easier.
Sometimes players are just waiting for something to do in a zone.

You do eventually unlock a glider that will prevent that from happening. You used to have to do Heart of Thorns content to get it but I think it just unlocks in End of Dragons, SoTO and Janthir Wilds story now.

"Don't take time off work for a game launch" is just common sense to me, it doesn't matter what the game is, how well developed, how funded, it's GOING to have growing pains at launch. I don't know of any exceptions to that rule.

Too long we have relied on the social and political norms of how things have been done in the past, this all needs to be REQUIRED. There can be no "nah we're just not gonna do that" These people don't give a shit about tradition or decorum they are here to destroy.

Someone said in the conservative subreddit that he did this because he knew Drumpf was going to pardon him as a troll move after he took office.
They really think that orange buffoon is playing 4d chess and he'd struggle with 2D checkers lol

Such a great show, it needs WAY more Jackson Lamb, but I think that might be defeating the purpose. Maybe what's so good about it is that Gary Oldman just shows up, fucking roasts everyone for 30 seconds, and then disappears again for a while.

Oh well that changes things. I thought I had read that the show creators were blindsided, but I cannot find that article now. I guess I'm still angry over 1899 and Archive 81.

That opening goes extremely hard too, competition for best anime opening ever IMO, thanks in no small part to Creepy Nuts' completely wild Otonoke.

I wonder if 2 months is starting to feel like a really long time to Putin? Too bad the Russian people have to suffer through this too...

I would really enjoy watching this clowncar of a presidency eat itself over the next 4 years, if only it wasn't going to take my country down with it.

Dungeon Meshi was pretty good, for me, I think Dan Da Dan is my favorite ever, supplanting all those excellent anime I watched way back in the 90s when, in the US you were stuck importing VHS fansubs (Tenchi Muyo, Gunsmith Cats, Patlabor, etc)

No question, the writing, the voice acting, really one of my favorite parts of POE 1.
Always felt so good to hear him congratulate you when you finished the lab.
