Yes, it might be that in some synaptic type, other synaptotagmin isoforms are more dominant, but it is far from demonstrated that there is NO Syt1 in such synapses...

Try our anti-Synaptotagmin1 #nanobody, then you label endogenous targets without adding extra copies of anything synaptic. We can send you the AAV plasmids. Check paper here: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/...

Hi Chris, very nice imaging. We are also trying similar staining on mouse cortex but have struggled to find the right primary antibodies. Could you share the targets you used here? Ideally will be if you can share the Abs you used 😉. Thanks!
