Hospitals & nursing homes could also take a financial hit because legislation would limit States’ ability to levy taxes on health care providers. 40 states that have expanded Medicaid would be more limited in supplemental payments to send to providers, an incentive NOT to expand & cover more needy

I am new to Bluesky, & never did do much on formerly-Twitter, but sure wish that this site had a better choice of buttons... I don't like to put a "Heart" (symbol of Love) on a post when a Like, or a Care, as on Facebook would be better.
