Well never know... Hešteg Block Gang.

No, true. I was 100% convinced it was not gothic tho. Thanks! (and noted for the future=
comment in response to post
No wrong. It's a light weight gothic. Yeah okay. Tracks. Definitively then a lightwieght gothic instead.

I think Noto Sand goes under mincho? Moment I need to get my book of fonts for this.
comment in response to post
But yeah I'd say go with mincho in the end due condensed text for academic publications.
comment in response to post
I'm partial to Noto Sans.
comment in response to post
Are there other options? I mean mincho is eeeeh, and gothic is sometimes just too blocky for an easy read, it creates too much blackspace on the page leaving not enough whitespace for easy recognition of glyphs.

With that in mind, I'm in the minimal information digestion blocked camp. Aka the less there's to look at, the easier will the reading and understanding of the rules be.
comment in response to post
There are so many. I mean you can just pick any kind of format that suits you work and what you want to achieve. I myself use MD and EPUB3. But then again I think that rulebooks are that, rulebooks, and art should evocate the rules. Not that it's an artbook with rules on the side.

Why bother with encrypting when in the end you want your consumers to have access to easily copy pasted and referenceable text.
comment in response to post
Plus all of these are adjustable (compared to a PDF which is bound to the "paper format" it's designed the arc to be printed in), and allow far greater and easier integration with other stuff. But my personal opinion? markdown. Let's be real you can easily pull the text from a PDF.
comment in response to post
I mean the question is just: What is the preferred reader of the consumer.
comment in response to post
All depends on what you need and how you're doing it. PDF definitively for printing. But things like compiled html, epub3, palm, fictionbook2, inline html (encoded), there's like a ton of formats that all modern readers can read but don't force a 300mb file that loads slowly.

It's a Japanese TRPG that has an interesting take on the whole "Journey as a part of the ttrpg" thing.

Besides the fact that I actually did some good editing... I'm continuing to write and sketch stuff for my Ryuutama game.
comment in response to post
That's just overkill if you ask me.
comment in response to post
Yeha but not in a format that's exclusively layered and intended to be used as a CMYK overlay composite requiring you to have 4+1 documents basically all in one?

I'll wait for a few months before getting the SW2. I want the upgrade. Yes. But not willing to do it asap.
comment in response to post
I mean HONESTLY?! The digital version should be the BASE price. Physical should be just the price of the DIGITAL (which you get along with the physical copy) and then added cost of printing, packaging, and shipping.

Wait no. I just reminded myself that I can just... Prevent anyone from interacting that I don't want to interact with... Perfection.

Reminder that any comment made by an US-ian on this will most likely end with me first being a cunt in my native language, and secondly blocking.

Yup. I mean the original one was an OKAY print prep standard. But too big and overbuilt. But that's just how everything in the US is.

Let's be honest. PDF should only be in 320 and exclusively used if you wana push that PDF trough a Heidelberg Offset. Use other formats instead.

I found the print version and with the delivery it clock at 12.8k yen, so it's STILL cheaper than the 60€ (without shipping) they want for the English version.
comment in response to post
But I didn't know it was an english version. I knew about the Japanese one tbh.
