So the only dishes allowed for any true MAGA going forward are hákarl, lutefisk, smalahove and haggis?
comment in response to post
Sadly, CBP has pretty wide (and legal) permission to do exactly that. We gave them that, exactly as Ben Franklin said: ‘They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.’

Not true. If you are not allowed into the country, that is tantamount to being deported. At any rate, ACLU says otherwise. They can delay and make things awkward, but not outright deny. www.aclunc.org/our-work/kno...

Let’s give him a Fisher Price toy. He wouldn’t know the difference.

Yea, right up until insurance quits paying for them as non-essential, citing new FDA regs. Nevermind that they’re preventive to avoid much more expensive hospitalizations. They’ll play the odds to see which is cheaper.

Peace through “strength”? More like “superior firepower”. So why doesn’t Trump try the same approach with stopping Russia’s attack on Ukraine?

Hmm. Could we get Fox to air glowing praise on universal healthcare of other countries? He would issue an EO mandating it for everyone by afternoon.

There might be an outbreak of bone spurs.

Does that mean abortion providers can now similarly challenge states where abortion rights are severely restricted? How about out-of-state atheists challenging states where Ten Commandments are mandated in schools?

So now all it takes is a gun and a mask to get into a Dodgers game?

Oh just great, now some bioweapon is going to turn her into Homelander.

Let’s face it, US doesn’t care about soccer. The real test would be to repeat this with Super Bowl…

I knew as far back as Apprentice that Trump is a classic seagull manager: swoops in, screams at others, poops on the crowd and then quickly scurries away all the while declaring victory.

It comes with complimentary NSA & Palantir data taps?

I’m guessing she got her house cleaner deported.

He's busy personally trying to make up for that loss with... what, 14, kids - that we know of - at this point. Reminds me a lot of Khan Noonien Singh from Star Trek. Superior intellect, my foot.

So Amy Gleason finally gets to inherit the festering turd and all the blame?

Ooh, a special surprise gift like the one Anwar Sadat got?

Sadly, you can lead a horse to water but can’t make him drink. Or you can put a kid in school but you can’t make him learn.

Maybe like the “We Are The World” or Farm Aid of the past… but this time let’s call it USAID?

I’m still a little unclear on her true feelings on this subject.

I am old enough to remember when GOP position was to not tell companies what they can and cannot do, or how to go about doing it. Including sending work and manufacturing abroad to <ahem> the low cost geographies </ahem>

Oh so we’re federalizing National Guard now, are we? I was under the impression that can only happen during wartime…

Would one of the challenges to fill out convoluted and redundant CIS forms 100% correctly? Because that shit is just a crime against humanity. IRS tax forms are kiddie stuff in comparison. There’s no TV rating high enough for that.

Would this also establish DoD participation as a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act? IANAL, just curious.

It would only be free if it was already equipped as AF1. That’s going to cost an enormous amount of money to convert to AF1, not to mention basically take it apart thoroughly to make sure there aren’t any hidden surprises buried in the airframe.

There are Dems in Congress? And they have leaders? Are these invisible friends of yours in the room right now?

Or maybe we could just go back to good ol’ days of “everyone roll your own” auth, with 3rd parties knowing your creds.

The best part is that internet is forever and all these 20-somethings will still have a good 50+ years of suck ahead. “Oh you worked for *that* administration? Gee, I don’t think we have any need for your particular skills…”

Wow, he’s running, you say? I don’t believe Trump has run a single step in his entire life. Do tell: what was the miracle cure for his bone spurs?

Unfortunately the U.S. does not recognize the ICC. Neither does Russia, China or Israel.

They sure take anti-woke seriously at Fox News

That’s actually way more than most companies will give you these days. They more like black holes.

So once again, JD Vance talking about Greenland needing protection against Russia and China was projection. The real threat to Greenland is staring right back in his mirror.

I guess we would count that as at least one campaign promise he has delivered on? The misery part that is.

Well he’s certainly shat on Earth several times already. What’s new?

Like a former VP of mine once said in his hiring instructions: “Do not hire B players. They will in turn hire C players.” Unfortunately some US citizens thought we should “hire” a D list player to run the country :(

Your 2nd comment clearly revealed how your 1st comment was merely a lazy fallacy of “begging the question”. There really was no point to answer such a dishonest inquiry.

OK, I’ll re-state my question: “Does anyone still believe Lazy-Activist has any good ideas to share?”
