They should not have included us in this distribution.

Doesn't matter how well we are playing, this could be demoralizing.

Nah. It was scheduled, but we didn't show up.

I know it's not a fair comparison, but I watch a lot of Newcastle United. And they have the speed and aggressiveness to really press up top. I definitely feel like we are lacking that...plus the perfect rotation and knowledge where everyone is at any point. It's fun to watch.

I definitely agree with the 3 years point. This is the make or break.

Something I don't know is how much damage would be done if firing a Sporting Director at this point in the season. Regardless of how great his upcoming transfers may be, would any replacement at this time be unable to get anything done during the summer window?

St. Louis is predominantly liberal. The state of Missouri is predominantly conservative. Ironically, those who most need FEMA in the St. Louis area were unlikely to vote for Trump. Maybe it's not ironic.

Yes. I cursed them, and my wife snarled at me. That was terrible to watch.

Yeah. This kid is fired up. He is worth the gamble.

I'm not convinced that many coaches with experience were making themselves available.

Both were never meant to be starters. Hiebert is steady, but is in no way extraordinary. Yaro seems to get exposed at least once a game. I would rather lose with rookies with upside.

This lineup isn't as depressing as some recent ones. It's got potential.

Came here specifically to ask for your assessment of Zaliensky's game of overall. Did he have a strong game defensively?

I guess the good news is that someone else will be playing the midfield.

I may not be able to listen, but what did you see from Mykhi in his brief appearance?
comment in response to

I heard that he was not beloved in the locker room. But I have no evidence.

Desperation looks good on them.

I appreciate the optimism. The general quality of play and mix of players and tactics tells me that Olof is not remaining too stubborn. Injuries are an issue. Totland is as important as any. And I sometimes forget about Burki…I still enjoy this team.

What makes you so confident that Burki leaves?

Isn’t our first string goalie still better?

The graphic doesn't show strikeouts, but I feel like Gorman leads us to believe he will strike out. Burleson gives me more hope. Gorman has a higher ceiling in my mind though.

And what qualifies as match fit these days?

But Olof has yet to be predictable.

I get it. But your job is to exploit weaknesses. So I still respect a pitcher's opinion.

I like that. We know by now who can contribute the most. Hopefully everyone who is healthy is also "match fit". It's getting hard to watch our best talent be split up. Our depth is no longer a mystery. Let's get everyone on the field please.

From what I have seen, new coaches want desperately to win their way. Before bending. The question then is at what point do they decide to adapt. Injuries never help.

I like that. It's simple. He brings us joy. His energy is contagious.

Was that Baumgartl?

I know we are not unique, but can we believe for a moment that a healthy squad would be more productive? Lots of subs in the game right now. Totland seems missed, and it's clear we don't have the depth we thought we did. What's the story on Alm? And what do we do without Durkin? Watts? Ugh...
comment in response to

I feel like Olof is being extra conservative without Burki. Additionally, I don't feel like the system is entirely understood. We know most of the players are capable of producing, and we see moments of confidence. Which leads me to believe that we are still working towards something.

I am a relatively new fan. But I almost never see halftime subs. Is it reasonable to expect a coach to abandon the original game plan?

This is good right? Shows a more aggressive approach?

Yaro.

If anyone is to break the streak, I would prefer Carnell's team.

I feel a little dumb. Is it a thing to wear kits on the daily? Is it a casual style I am just not caught up with? Or are these all supporter groups and such?
