I heard from a good source on YouTube that the Earth actually wobbles because it's a Weeble. It retains it's orbit, however, because Weebles wobble but they don't fall down.

That depends. Does this count as walking?

I hadn't seen persistent Müllerian duct syndrome (PMDS) before. That's a useful counterexample to sex essentialists' "Müllerian duct means female" dogma. I expect them to patch it with something like "if both present, whichever duct system has gonads attached to it."

The only penguin I know of with no legs is Officer Pendleton Wrongrighter, chief of Weebleville police.

Not to mention that it anticipates a subplot in The Phantom Menace where Padme uses a stunt double.

Trying to undo Sluggo's coil–curl merger is like trying to undo Elmer Fudd's rest–west merger or the Mary–marry–merry merger of most of the USA outside the northeast.

Wobbly dog with no legs? They appear to have figured it out in the Weebles cartoon.

If I had to guess, it could be the same as why a whale has a (reduced) pelvis: to anchor the reproductive organs.

Some people get in trouble for being their authentic self. Heather Fisher, a women's rugby player with a hair loss condition, routinely gets missexed and police called on her when she uses public restrooms. www.bbc.com/sport/rugby-...

The GC talking point lately seems to be that if the Müllerian ducts are developed, she's female, and if the Wolffian ducts are developed, he's male. I'd be interested to learn of counterexamples, conditions in which both develop past fetushood.

Point of terminology: I've stopped using "disorder" for these conditions in favor of "divergence," along the pattern of "neurodivergences" such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. Is "variation of sex characteristics" noticeably better than "divergence of sex development"?

There have been past proposals to break up California the way Virginia was broken up in 1863. That'd make solidly Republican northeastern California into a 51st state called Jefferson. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffers...

In your Warriors of Virtue concept, does the princess meet anthropomorphic kung fu kangaroos like those from a 1997 Ronny Yu movie?

Did you see Bugenhagen as shaped more like Mr. Wobblyman from Noddy?

Too bad it took place before NASCAR, or he could have mastered getting LGBT (Let's Go Brandon T-shirts) as well.

Hmmm... How long would it take for these people to adapt to their new body plan and then accept that they're living in Weebleville?
comment in response to post
Granted, I used "meant to carry" as shorthand for "homologous with the duct in fertile individuals that carries". I'm interested to learn about divergences in sex development where both Müllerian and Wolffian ducts develop in one individual.

Skating without legs takes some getting used to, I'll admit. Kanya Sesser demonstrates. www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHYk... ⛄ 🛹

I've gathered that the consensus among sex essentialists is that plumbing meant to carry large gametes (that is, "Müllerian") makes an individual internally female, and plumbing meant to carry small gametes (that is, "Wolffian") makes an individual internally male.

How much do these six characters from the Weebles cartoon drag down the average?
comment in response to post
"Drake" is indeed the term I've seen for dragons shaped like real-world monitor lizards. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Komodo_...

Weebles, eh? Tibby could tell you all about that one time she tried carrying too many balloons and had to get rescued by Tooey.

Mike Johnson as a Weeble? I haven't seen that one before. Usually it's Governors Chris Christie and J.B. Pritzker, Rep. Jerry Nadler, and President Donald Trump.

And for those who don't already know: Weebles are toy figurines with no legs, about 7 by 5 cm in size, that wobble but don't fall down.

Interestingly enough, footrace organizers have sought to mitigate this by adding prizes for 2nd through 5th or 10th place and WC/para divisions for people with disabilities. However, I'm pretty sure that disabled contestants have to prove eligibility for accommodation. runrepeat.com/prize-money-...

We had different Weebles, but they still wobbled! Pictured: Wally throws a party at Weebles House (1989)

Do these beings look anything like Weebles?

At first glance, I asked myself: Is that the witch from Weebles Haunted House?
