Fruits also contain a lot of water and help to hydrate. They contain all sorts of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc. Their only value isn't fiber. I think the point in which we start nit-picking on whether fruit juice is generally considered healthy or not is the point in which we've lost the plot.
