All power lines should be buried in New England towns. The roads won’t change and many towns are already doing it for emergency disaster management. UI and Eversource are the barrier knowing under grounding wires as not as costly as they say. We pay for energy, deliver it underground.

It’s the fictitious “jab” needle - the actual vaccine needle / syringe is more like a “poke” needle

On a recent flight to Atlanta, an hour into the trip a passenger was found unresponsive. We started CPR, attached the AED, and followed the asystole protocol. Pushed for about an hour, knowing 10 minutes in what the result would be. Doc on board would not call it so we just kept at it.

Potential addition to your webpage? all of the locations where narcan is available (and how to administer).
Just a thought, it’s not like you can overshare where AEDs and narcan are available. You rock.

AI is a scribe, not a decision maker.
Dictate a blurb, it can then abstract the data into respective fields for a note but not develop the treatment plan or goals.
Docs and advanced care practitioners cannot be replaced by llms or AI.

Vacationing on a smaller Fijian island, the small main hut used by staff/ local tribal members they had a picture of Robin Williams on the wall.
Staff said he loved it there, either on or near Yasawa island.
If there is one place in the world to rest, it is there - where I hope he is at peace.

The PACT Act only passed because it was first blocked in the Senate - then veterans protested and shamed the republicans.
We need more of the later - make some noise Senator, it needs to be louder

We need a new party - call it the Keg Party.
Have local meetings called Powder Kegs.
Like a real kegger - bring your own cup of whatever color you want. Red, blue, purple, rainbow, clear, whatever.
Just be part of the conversation and commitment to making your local community better

It’s will impact the fragile ecosystem of the VA, it won’t take long.
If they are looking to save money, killing off a bunch of veterans who require complex care for the remainder of their lives is one way, or like maybe tax the rich.
