Did Obama, Clinton, Biden or Harris do better in Texas? He did better, and "white man" got elected by an 85% Hispanic community. So why didn't Biden keep his promise of only one term?
comment in response to post
So did the Establishment f'ck up 2024 as he pointed out or not?
comment in response to post
The establishment f'ed up 2024- get over it. He was in congress 6 yrs and had bills passed and has awards for his vet work. He also came closer to winning in Texas at the federal level than Obama, Clinton, Biden and Harris. What's you problem?
comment in response to post
Do you think they are stupid? He did this with the Uvalde parents after the Governor said "It could have been worse". www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgCV...
comment in response to post
Why? Because he pointed out the Establishment f'ed up 2024. Was he incorrect?
comment in response to post
So has he invited them all the US yet ?
comment in response to post
Unlike many Dems he is holding Town Halls in Red Areas. substack.com/inbox/post/1...
comment in response to post
Like you he also praises Bidens achievements and stresses he halved the number of hungry children in Texas. You are obviously going no further than clickbait. This is specifically about his promise to only do one term and his handlers actions.
comment in response to post
So remind us how 2024 went for Dems? Shouldn't you be angry at the establishment who fucked it up?
comment in response to post
So remind us - how did KH do in Texas ? or CA.. or Obama, Clinton, Biden? or GHW Bush? Did any of them do any better? (spoiler: no)
comment in response to post
Because he got closer to winning in Texas than Obama, Clinton, Biden and Harris and every Dem who have lost at the State level for 30 yrs (that's all of them). He's also doing open Town Halls so he knows where the people are at. That's why it's relevant.
comment in response to post
So how did 2024 go for the establishment Dems? Chuck Schumer with a 17% approval rating. Read the Room.
comment in response to post
But then aren't the biggest shitters the establishment Dems who f'ed up 2024 ?
comment in response to post
But then.. Obama, Clinton, Biden, Harris(-13%) (and all other D) LOST TEXAS by LARGER MARGINS. The Dems are losing Independents and (justified or not) have the Approval rating of a Hernia (who hate "establishment" of either party).
comment in response to post
So how did 2024 go? In Texas: KH vs. DT -13% CA vs. TC -10% BO vs. TC? -2.5% So it looks to me as the Democrats are the true losers. The "establishment" f*ed it up. Perhaps they should listen to him.

We have little viability data as he never made it beyond Mayor. He needs to run for something in 2026 - even if it's an impossible position in a deep red area to see if he can go beyond white Christian liberals. KH Blew it with Hispanics even though 65% said she was the smartest.
comment in response to post
The R's love that idea. 2022 Gov race (Red Wave) Tx -10% Fl -20% The small gain in Black vote in Fl bears no resemblance to the Hispanic vote *coming* in the next years. You are Parroting Republican Opo.
comment in response to post
She is great in DEM States but bombed in places like Texas and most importantly the Blue Wall states even against fellow Dems across the country like Colin Allred. The exit polls show she is very smart but NOT a leader and squandered 3 yrs where she could have built her self up.
comment in response to post
Like GHW Bush who lost both his Senate efforts in Texas, then went onto losing the Presidential primary and it's worth noting that Beto was never in the Primary Election. Then later GHW Bush became President. It's a pathetic attempt to put him down based on the assumption that Dems are idiots.
comment in response to post
Won't happen as he is Anti-establishment and has already called on Schumer to resign. www.tiktok.com/@jeremyswall...
comment in response to post
Depends on the Result. It gives the Analysts the data to asses his viability in the swing states - which are smaller and are better for his Town Hall style of campaigning. GHW Bush couldn't win at the State level. If he gets within 5% (midterm) he can get Texas in 2028.
comment in response to post
Problem is that Pritzker is a Jewish Billionaire who got less votes than Tammy Duckworth in 2022. I doubt his viability in the General.
comment in response to post
But what I find concerning is those currently in power lining themselves up with lobbyists "fake" jobs (like Rick Perry did ) and recently Greg Abbott who recently had Jeff Yass (an out-of-State billionaire) to his Voucher Scam party. x.com/JeremySWalla...

Check OpenSecrets "Powered by people". He is NOT on the payroll. He has been on a book tour for his second book and is doing teaching work in Austin and Chicago, he's got a gig at a law school this month. I believe he holds other investments from the past. www.amazon.de/-/en/Beto-Or...

Bullshit. How did the last election work out for Dems? His endorsement got Biden Texas. He worked with Emhoff to get KH elected. Not his fault Schumer has a 17% approval rating and the Dems are worse than a Hernia. To win again you need Indies back who hate "establishment".
comment in response to post
The only thing that is washed up is your bullshit.
comment in response to post
Perhaps you would prefer Schumer. How far did KH get? edition.cnn.com/2025/04/30/p...

He's not taking anyone's guns and GHW Bush lost multiple state elections in Tx before becoming president. He backed the Uncommitted the right to protest like he did with NFL kneeling and wil attract their vote which was lost in the last election. In both elections he got the most votes of all D's.
comment in response to post
Strangely 2028 is the first year where Dems can (numerically) take Texas. (+ Blue wave year). 2026 not so as D's need the 3M+ Indies that don't normally bother to vote in midterms. (in 22 9M didn't vote). Importantly for I's - he doesn't have the Bi*en Admin millstone around his neck.
comment in response to post
He was in congress and sacrificed his comfortable position to run against Cruz. Neither Tr*mp nor Bi*en were in office. GHW Bush lost his attempts at Tx State level. So no.
comment in response to post
Tx is now turning Independent from Republican. I expect *wild swings* to happen. 18 & 20 were blue wave. 22 & 24 red wave. 22 not many I's turned out (Covid Blues/inflation). 24 I's hated (justified or not) the D. Admin. 26 will be a Blue Wave again.

WTF are you talking about? www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hyB...

Bullshit. Did you know a Billionaire (Kelcy Warren) tried to Sue him for defamation? www.tiktok.com/@megolas1/vi...
comment in response to post
Problem is not just Senate, but Gov & AG etc. are up. (who?) The D's don't have the luxury of risking incumbent seats. I would hope that somebody with some name recognition & has no seat to lose would compliment for Guv. (No idea).
comment in response to post
Same logic that said the guy talking about eating cats & dogs couldn't win either? Numbers wise no Dem is due to "win" Texas till 2028 or 2030. But he gets more votes than any other D on the ballot and gets a down ballot effect. Florida lost the G. race in 2022 by 20% in the red wave.
comment in response to post
I doubt at the State level she would be able to get votes.. Harris Cnty: 2022 LH 552,903 51% (vs. NoName) BO 595,653 54% (vs. Abbott + $145M)

Yet forerunners are a woman who was destroyed in the last election, a man married to another who lost his state level race and never got beyond being mayor. Or the women who never ran Statewide who has yet to cut the political umbilical chord. He has learned from 2019 www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3Gs...
comment in response to post
And who are the alternatives? What chance do they have and why? Do you have to have a "similar" scenario? The "Swing States" are are full of pragmatic I's. BTW Numerically 2028 is the first yr. Texas can go blue. Why try and stop him from running?
comment in response to post
Worth noting that T*p was a "loser" going into the latest election? Don't forget he represented an 85% Hispanic community in congress and can get back Latino's, Black men and Muslims (uncommitted) and does not have Biden Admin millstone around his neck.
comment in response to post
That's Republican propaganda bullshit. Why would they be wasting their attacking him so if he wasn't dangerous? In reality GHW Bush was in the same position (lost multiple Tx State elections and first P attempt) but became President.

? Have you seen any of the Townhalls Beto has done recently? (Its a rhetorical question). open.substack.com/pub/betomedi...
