Oh my goodness. Me too! Truly one of the most heartbreaking songs ever (especially in a cartoon 🥹). I had that same scene on my Facebook for a long time. It means even more now that my mom is gone.

I don't think the money made her hateful. I think she feels empowered to speak out about her hate now that she has money. I think you'd be fine if you had a ton of money- and I'm sure you'd use it in a much more positive way! 😁

We're all in trouble. Once he gets into everything he'll use the info to ruin us, and he'll be left standing alone. The "leaders" don't realize that he'll also drop his feigned loyalty to them all, right up to and including trump.

The show has become more about the hosts than things that will interest viewers. I am sick of seeing stories about their favorite books, recipes, holiday traditions, personal lives, etc. I don't watch anymore.

I agree, I record them and then watch a little bit of the game. If they're playing well ( even if they're losing), I'll watch it. If not, I'll at least skim through it later. I have faith they'll get things together, but I hope its soon!

I retired last month, and when people ask me what I'll do now, I tell them I'm going to pick up a hobby like hurkle-durkling. Some of my ancestors are Scottish, so I'm honoring my heritage.

Sometimes I print off a character list from Sparknotes when I read Russian novels. The names alone are a challenge to keep straight. I do love Anna Karenina-- the opening line pulled me in the first time I picked it up.

I just retired and started collecting on the Social Security that I've paid into for 50+ years. I'm also on Medicare. I'm bitter that I may have to pay the price for so many to learn how wrong they were for voting for the 💩, or even that it's a battle that has to be fought.

I personally believe this. The lies spread like wildfire with no fact checking on some social media sites. I found this was the case with people I know who are MAGAs. I would research it and point out the truth, but they still believe only what they want to be true.

Thanks, I plan on it. I hope to finish The Dark Tower series first. I enjoyed the first several that I read. It's difficult to decide what's next. He is very talented.

Agreed. I think the book Misery was one of his best, partly because it was about something that could really happen. I read every one of his books until I had my first son in 1993, and I didn't have time anymore. Hope to resume now that I've retired.

I feel that this is only going to seriously push Trump down the "dictator" path so he doesn't ever have to face it. I'm hoping that the infighting prevents them from getting anything done. And Melania runs off with Musk.

I'm sure he's very good, but I still don't agree with letting Jim go. If the Bruins figure out their game it won't be because Jim is gone. I know he will land on his feet, but that doesn't make it right.
