Hi Nigella hope it’s ok to ask: if I am doing a shoulder half the size of the one in your recipe, shall I halve the cooking time? Planning on the 5 hour one so should I do it for less than 5 hours? Thx

This sounds amazing! Can’t believe it slipped my notice. Love Cillian Murphy as well.

I live five doors down from this pub…the Sunday roast is much better than the bangers and mash!

Nigella…am making this right now but your instructions don’t mention browning off the meatballs first. Should I do this?!

I loved The List of Suspicious Things! It manages to capture the hopes and fears of children as well as complex families.

The Examiner completely changed my perspective on narrative. As an English teacher I’m ashamed that I was deflated when I saw that the novel was mainly in message and email form. It taught me to not be so narrow minded: the writing was brilliant and wouldn’t have worked in any other format as well.

The List of Suspicious Things by Jennie Godfrey. Just finished Butter, so it is going to feel strange reading anything else…if you’ve read Butter, you will know what I mean!

Just finished her novel The Examiner, which was brilliant! Told through WhatsApp and email messages which I was hesitant about, but actually worked so well!
