What I'll do on most days is have oatmeal and blueberries after 10 and maybe twice a week, I'll make scrambled eggs and sausage and skip lunch all together. I'll then pretty much eat whatever I want for dinner within reason.

Lost 35 pounds last year doing IF between 8pm-10am. Tried to limit my calorie intake to about 2500 max. Best method I have used to lose weight and sustain it.

It's much more than 95%. If 95% didn't want this, Chuck would be voting no on cloture. There are a handful in the party that are falling on the sword for a bunch of others. Fuck them all. Whole party needs to be primaried with the exception of a very few.

I didn't specifically blame Torts but I think it's a fair question. Jury is still out on Tippett and they almost gave Sanheim away for Krug. Cates has taken strides this year but he was scratched to start the season. Glad he figured it out. Risto has been good but they need to move him this year
