Of 809,000 + violent crimes & 951,270 offenses connected to to them as recorded in FBI's National Incident-Based Reporting System for year 2022, 18 percent of perpetrators & 48 percent of victims were women.

Imagine the west with a 30-49% reduction in annual water volume from the Colorado River & Great Salt Lake drying up as well. TX, OK, KS, NE have a depleted Ogalalla aquifer & reduced Arkansas river. ND, SD, IA have depleted Missouri.

Russia is bogged down in Ukraine, has massive natural resources and a long coastline in the Arctic. EU could really use that. I think Russia would topple pretty quickly, especially to the EU. Many Russian citizens would prefer EU governance.
