And even more shocking...that $2.37 billion is pocket change to him. That does not, however, mean he wants to pay it.

Don't forget how they keep cutting the legs out from under lower courts, and then John Roberts complains that it seems like they have to end up deciding everything at the SCOTUS level. Clueless.

But God, your son Jesus was a European white Christian despite being born in a Jewish community in the Middle East, which itself was a miracle, and proof of the Immaculate Conception. He was persecuted and crucified. Don't you think a little payback is okay?

The Roberts court will go down as one of the worst in history; reeking of corruption, moving the balance of power increasingly toward the presidency, ignoring precedent when it suits the conservative cause, basing rulings on utter nonsense. And John Roberts? He's just coming across as a fool.

Have we forgotten that just last November this country elected to the highest office in the land, a man that in January 2021 orchestrated a serious and violent effort to keep a newly elected president from taking office? Nothing the GOP does is suicide.

Wonder if her first words to the SWAT team were 'Guys, next time try the doorbell'.

One of my pettest pet peeves! Almost every hike I carry out other people's trash! Do they expect other people to clean up after them?

Don't worry God, although they are not God, we still have the Supreme Court. They'll hold a hearing 2 or 3 years from now. They will make a weird ruling and remand it back to the lower courts to figure out. Then whatever the lower courts figure out will be appealed back to the Supreme Court. Then..

Or he could have refrained from shtooping somebody else's wife, and this whole second wedding thing wouldn't be necessary.

I agree he's done some good stuff. But what about politicians who are not billionaires. It's not exactly a level playing field.

The media is too busy talking about Jeff Bezos wedding. Idiots.

Of course we'll do that. That is exactly the point. ICE wants to put fear into people, and try to get them to leave the country.

But God, you are all knowing, so I know that you know that this land will not become Walmart and McDonalds parking lots. Though ugly, at least such land is used by the common people. This land will become golf courses, gated communities, and backyards for billionaires.

But God, you are God, and this land is God's country? Can you not prevent them from taking it from you?

God, you work in mysterious ways, but there's no mystery here. As soon as DJT announced that Iran's nuclear program was totally obliterated, I knew the mission failed. It's the Law of Opposites.

Yes! He can't do this stuff alone. We must prosecute the enablers to dissuade future law breaking power grabs.

What if the general public just refused to recognize these sales of public land? 1,000 people who continue to access the land, despite maybe some fines for trespassing, might discourage this sort of thing.

I think the rise of Starbucks was the point when the great fall of America began.

Back in the 70's I worked with a man who landed on Iwo Jima. The story was horrific. War is horrible. I tire of seeing these smiling faces on TV explaining how surgical and precise it is these days.

Having knocked on doors for Judge Crawford, I can tell you that victory is sweeter when you have helped out a bit.

Dems should make clear that when they return to power, all enablers who are breaking the law will face charges. Unfortunately, I think most Dems are too weak to say that.

He could have been swayed by anybody who bought a whole bunch of peanuts. Fortunately, Donald Trump doesn't own a peanut farm, so no more such ethical nightmares.

If this Congress thing doesn't work out for her, she can get a job pounding in fence posts down on the farm.

God, I have a question about 'thou shalt not lie'. I know the thing about crossing my fingers behind my back doesn't really work, but what if I hide my crossed fingers under my red hat?

God, I have a question about 'thou shalt not kill'. Does it apply even if the other side cannot kill back as much as we can kill them?

The War Powers Act...probably the most useless legislation in American history.

I am reminded that our first rockets were made by Werner von Braun, a Nazi. Now they are made by Elon Musk, a Nazi.

Cruelty is a feature, not a bug, with this Administration. And again, no uniforms. Who are these guys really, some bozos who replied to an ad Kristi Noem ran looking for heartless losers?
