@npr It is important to note that they are implementing a loyalty test to Trump for both the #FBI and #CIA. These are unprecedented and illegal actions that put national security at severe risk. #ReportingGrades

@nytimes.com Your post and headline fail to include that these actions are #illegal and already the subject of many #lawsuits. Repeating just the memo insinuates that this is legal, spreading #misinformation. #ReportingGrades

@wsj.com Your post and article headline fail to point out that this is not only #illegal, these are powers of Congress, but also unprecedented and dangerous with the critical roles CIA employees play in both domestic and foreign security. In essence, this is a loyalty to Trump test. #ReportingGrades

@msnbc.com Your post fails to include that the DOE was established by law and funded by Congress. Simply repeating the statement of someone makes readers believe it is a fact and legal. You know most people only read headlines and that even repeating a lie makes people believe it. #ReportingGrades

@npr.org Your headline and post critically leave out the fact this is a crime of #EthnicCleansing and repeating it without such an important fact check implicitly supports the idea. Simply repeating what people say without critical context is dangerous and spreads lies. #ReportingGrades

@nytimes.com repeating an unfounded theory by unnamed "experts" while leaving out that this is the definition of #EthnicCleansing, a crime of epic scale, makes your post and headline support the actions being taken. #ReportingGrades

An important fact that news outlets should be repeating.

Your post and headline fail to indicate temporary appointments and DOGE specifically only have the authority to advise, not take actions such as installing their own servers, copying personal data, firing employees, etc. #ReportingGrades

Your post and headline fail to include that the DOE was created by law in 1979 and only Congress has legal authority to do so. Your coverage implies that a President has this power when it is explicitly illegal.

The President has the power to grant anyone security clearance, but there has been no evidence this has happened or if any background checks have been done for any of his team he brought in from his other companies. Regardless, they are reportedly taking action outside the law.

Your headline and post fail to indicate whether shutting down the work of the agency is legal. As the last lines of the article point out, "the CFPB is an independent bureau within the Federal Reserve system. It's funded outside of the congressional appropriations process".

Your post and headline fail to indicate whether 1) this is a legal designation given his position 2) what conflicts exist with only the Justice Department having jurisdiction 3) how Musk got a top secret security clearance given there is no public record of any background check or drug test.

Your post and headline do not mention the issues of unconfirmed people without background checks or security clearances taking control of sensitive personal data without any legal basis. Lack of context provides legitimacy to these actions without merit.

Repeating a claim without any fact check only helps the lie spread. In short, this post and headline perpetuates the attack on the organization without even mentioning the illegal activities Musk and his team are conducting.

The post and headline make a characterization of what his comments meant when the subhead, article, and history point to it not being a joke, but rather an idea he has stated on many occasions. This contradiction allows him to continue to promote unconstitutional concepts without confrontation.

It is helpful to point out that this change is due to the new appointment (shown in the article photo but not in your post or headline), not by any change in information which you correctly point out still stands at "low confidence". This post and headline are misleading at best.

As stated on your previous posts and articles, simply repeating quotes from the White House allows them to control your news outlet as free marketing. This post does the same in the opposite direction. There are no facts included, just a clickbait headline.

The president of Colombia posted on X that he did not authorize this agreement. Your post is only representing the voice of one side in a dispute without direct fact or comment from Colombia leaders. As many only read posts and headlines, this is potentially misleading.

Your article disputes the claims of your post with the president of Colombia posting on X that he did not authorize this agreement. Your post is only representing the voice of one side in a dispute without direct fact or comment from Colombia leaders.

Adding historical context to your post would be helpful, in 2017 the Trump administration removed the Spanish-language version and never created a new one.

Important historical context is missing from this post and headline. 2017 the Trump admin took down the Spanish language section and never restored it. It did not return until the Biden admin in 2021.

This post and headline do not offer any data to back up claim or historical context as to why this may be important. Because many will only read the top line, adding data and context is important.

This post and headline trend to clickbait by insinuating something nefarious when reports actually point to the simple change of ownership for handles such as POTUS. Headlines designed to intentionally misinform casual readers is poor journalistic practice.

Your post lacks the critical context that Musk has a competing AI company while promoting his claim, essentially giving Musk a free attack post on a competitor.

It would be beneficial to add historical context for the popular vote margin, it being less than a majority, and how the electoral college split fared historically as well. Many only read headlines and posts, not the articles.
