Depends on how bad your claustrophobia is. It's very bright, so there is no darkness except for closing your eyes and knowing there are a couple people a few feet away watching you might help too.

Nothing feels right, nothing got better, my weight wasn't my problem. My brain was my problem. It did so much irreversible damage. If you are thinking about it dont do it. The damage is so irreversible and the benefits are fleeting and you won't care. It broke my brain. #bariatric #brain

I met a famous wrestler. I am the Senior Janitor of a school and I knew a bit about wrestling then. The wrestler was known to be a problematic. (roid rage). He played up his character while in front of the crowd, he was so nice and kind behind the scenes, I ended up thinking he was a great guy.

I went and AI symposium last year that was for teachers. A big focus on it was how much "free time" teachers would have after embracing AI. I found it scary as hell, most seemed to be very inspired.
