So, explain to me why opposing teams don't always start lefties? (by my math, 1-19 vs southpaws if 12-38 is correct)

One clause was left off the end of his post: (except for Ditka)

Well, Breckenridge once considered itself a kingdom...

33 then, 36 now. A nearly meaningless stat in real life, but nearly exponential in basketball years. And I say this as a KD fan.

I saw Lizzy open for Bachman-Turner Overdrive, one of the few times in my life when the opener blew the headliner to pieces.

Mind you, limited by a character count...

Pretty prominent face the leopards are eating this time!

That's special, but what sort of bill did he reasonably expect when he spent $300 mill on the campaign?

Visas are not "open borders."

Don't know if you're on Facebook, but I get a daily barrage of totally fake trades there. Apparently we're going to get Lavine from the Bulls!

Thing is, saying people on the left have empathy for criminals & not for victims is either a) political messaging to try making people dislike the left, b) a long-held personal prejudice he's never tested for accuracy, or c) a dumb dichotomy that he thinks sounds witty.

Is that supposed to be Nikola Jokic in #15 at lower left? Cuz that's not his wife.

I don't know about harmful content, but anecdotally I feel like fake stuff is way up.

He will just work remotely, dontcha know?

Naw, the season isn't ruined. OKC blew out lots of teams at home this year in individual games, but then the same teams played them close in other games.

Let us know when he starts talking about Five Year Plans...

I thought I saw him not get back on D quickly enough a few times. He played nearly 2500 total minutes between regular and post-season at age whatever, and many of them were tough minutes closing a game or filling in as a starter. If he's back and I'm DA, I'd be more judicious with his minutes.

Damn, 'Sota's up 38 right now. OKC is beatable.

He totally meant "remedial wrath," since some foreign students invading Cambridge MA for coursework and self-betterment have not yet been smitten by a vengeful G_d.

Zero chance whatsoever it's a political calculation to keep someone who's beyond politically unpopular far away from being the face of what's going on anyway!

Jeez, blame the victim whydontcha?

The devil on your shoulder (me) is whispering "hey kid, MY life is better without it, yours could be too!"

He's talking about what America wants on a matter of great importance like there was a text message vote on a singer on The Voice.

Which is also performative, cringey and nauseating

I had flashbacks. Not the good kind.

I don't know if they were corner 3s or not, but average shooting in the 1st quarter of Game 4 alone might've gotten it done!

I grew up in MN so I'll probably have some interest, but I'm suffering from Nuggets Void at the moment. I lost some respect for SGA's foul merchant game last series (not his sweet jumper though), so might wind up pulling for Edwards.

Too many empty possessions due to his choices - bad shot, bad pass, sloppy handles, forcing the lane like he's 10 years younger. He makes up for some of it with the unexpected blocked shot or offensive rebound. He's usable in bigger games and at crunch time though, unlike some on this bench.
comment in response to post
The only thing I miss about the bad place is there were a lot more folk following the Nuggs. Glad you were here. It was a fun playoff run despite today.
comment in response to post
d) our bench was weak, need a vet or 2 with more complete games e) the game is getting taller with Chet & Wemby, this isn't about Jokic per se but we need new length f) you can play 7 people for a playoff series but much longer and you get burnout. g) I liked Russ but way too many TOs for big games

Punch back yes, but also pass straight

Can't logically whine too much about losing Holmes, but I think he would've played a good amount this year and reduced some of the wear and tear on the rest of the front court.

I asked you not to drop this into the conversation!

Now my concern turns to AG, hope I'm just paranoid

Some toughness shown, too!

It's because of Strawther this time, though

He bends over forward into a basically stationary defender. I do not like that kind of ball.

The jumper was from Caitlin Clark range too
