An eyewitness video captured a Russian "double tap" terrorist strike in Kyiv this dawn. A RU missile is clearly seen targeting a building that was already hit about 30 minutes PRIOR - with first responders’ vehicles on scene. 3 Ukraine firefighters were killed, several wounded in the 2nd strike.
