This platform is so weird and I don't know how to use it, so I'm just going to start archiving the games I've beaten this year with a blurb or two of my thoughts. (I'm not used to reviewing games in less than 300 characters, so this will be an experiment if nothing else 🤷‍♂️)

A lot of people talking about how important it is for us to keep Bluesky alive, and that the best way to do that is via engagement. While I agree that it's crucial for Twitter to not have a monopoly on this sort of platform... ...how the hell does someone with no preexisting audience grow on here?

Finished Dragon Quest III last night. That ending stung. I know it's such a fantasy epic cliche at this point, but using "the price for becoming an eternal legend is losing everything" as a metaphor for "you can't stay young forever" is still beautiful when done this well.

Damn. This is a huge blow to us TWEWY fans, but I can't say I blame him. If the studio I worked for continuously neglected my pet project, I'd leave them, too. Hopefully his next project is respected by whoever he works for next. I know I'll be following him.
