I'm well aware that many people are in the military because it predates on the systems that offer social and economic advancement, but also a whole bunch of these people formed a hooting wall of chuds behind Trump like yesterday man.

If your response to people trying to fix things, regardless of whether you think it will work, is to inject yourself into a discussion just to say "it's not going to work" go hang out with the fascists already, because you're already carrying water for them.

Please look at this before echoing the ignorant take that Americans don't protest anything just because our news won't cover it.

Anecdotally, I can say that since the Cybertruck released, it has almost entirely consumed the overflow lot of the south Charlotte, NC, Tesla dealership. This dealership has never once had a full lot. They're hiding them there so it doesn't look like there's a problem.

It's new bike day

LMAO at everyone buying the Unreal marketing hype machine all over again in the Witcher tech demo, like we haven't been here before, and like at production scale any of UE5's tech trinkets have been stable.

Dept. (Q) Sand Land... so an Akira Toriyama styled detective show with demons and tanks.

I like a lot of people am rewatching the Mission Impossible movies. And I think it's a crime that they gave John Woo the one with some of the ugliest cars the world has ever made.

As someone who has tinkered with making games solo watching the reactions to Geoff Keighly getting on camera and just flat fucking lying about team sizes. Lol. Lmao.

Imagine being so shit at your job, which is to sell people another Splitgate game, that you become the main character of social media less than 24hrs after the president had an online pissing match with the world's richest man that culminated with potentially stranding actual human beings in space.

If your reaction to seeing something people enjoy being discussed is to say, basically, "I don't like this thing, and you're stupid if you do" or some variation on that premise you can and should just shut the fuck up instead.

"Actually, things *were* better when every English speaking teen had a thesaurus worth of slurs locked and loaded at all times, and you had to listen to them."

I really, really need people to understand that even if they didn't specifically vote for this, the same media that was soft-pedaling how bad things could get was also serving up unhinged white nationalist filth that these people bought hook, line, and sinker.

Time to see if Open Builds will complete my order / return my money, or if their "going out of business" sale involves just shrugging and pocketing the $20 for an endmill they didn't send me.

"This doesn't throw anyone under the bus." Says the person in the middle of pushing someone in front of a train.

Absolutely do not ever convince yourself that making an end grain desk is at all worth it unless you have the world's most absurd selection of tools. This shit is literally impossible to sand with anything handheld.

I never need to see another Matt Yglesias post, please I am begging you stop screenshotting his deranged, amoral bullshit which is always a derivative riff on his original "poor brown people in foreign countries dying in industrial accidents is good, actually" take

It's unfucking hinged to be like "dude who shot these literal murderous freaks did a bad thing" in response to the revelation that a company was mass murdering its customers. This is just straight freak shit. Unbelievably fucking callous and undeniably, unimaginably evil.

I can't imagine reading this and feeling like there's anything that could be done to these people that constitutes going too far.
