Wizard, middle English conjunction of Wyz (viz) "wise" and Ard "one"; hence "wizard" is equal to "wise one". Thus if you got a lick'a wisdom... You're a lick'a wizard!

I love how the guy can't even get through his statement, really shows how he has no confidence in his own words.

They tested a new ICBM? It exploded on the launch stand. Their fleet of submarines? lacking proper maintenance or upgrades, pieces are falling off and you can detect them from miles away. Planes and cruise missiles? Ukraine has been eating those for breakfast. Covert deployment? OPSEC is NOT 100%

The likelihood that functioning warheads exist in sufficient quantities to ensure mutually assured destruction is minimal. That some still exist is highly likely, that they know which will work is moderate. The likelihood that their old delivery platforms will penetrate modern defenses tho... is low

Considering the luxurious lifestyle on "closed cities" on one hand; decades of brain drain on a second hand; sanctions on a third hand from Chernobyl; recent failures of T-14 armata tank, the super-nuke-torpedo-drone, and inability to produce NEW strategic bombers, on a hand flying out a window

We have heard from credible sources who are adjacent to the russian nuclear program who state that it's been kept up and maintained. Defected guards, bean counters, and admins.
I am not skeptical that they are being honest with what they know, I AM skeptical about the info they received.

A perfect example of this is "the giant fighting robot duel" between suidodashi heavy industry and megabots. USA built 2 big bulky limited design beast, Japan had so much in details and complexity. Still think we cheated with the 6 foot chainsaw but at least there was a referee

Japanese engineering philosophy intrigues me. Nintendo exploded as a kind of accidental experiment with "lateral thinking with withered technology", but you tend to see an over emphasis on avoiding failure yet delivering beautifully designed rockets that creates massive delays.

That and schools were several buildings randomly spread around a neighborhood with staff roaming between them to enforce rules ... One literally jumped out of the bushes to stop a fight and both parties looked at him like he had lost his mind.

Can I be angry they couldn't get more? Also was the submarine base hit verified or just a resurfaced video from an older operation?

The material was discarded rusty deck plates, next will be sheet steel from Home Depot. The valve has to be completely inverted to eliminate gaps. Going to start with a cardboard model, build a wooden jig around that and study DC 17.1 for edge welds/"Burn down".

Not great for humans but decent enough for the robots you need to build the stuff for humans to arrive first, and for a transit vehicle/support structures that ethical companies can get you to (so far it's just stratolaunch)

So we must get there before they do... I'm think a coil gun cannon pneumatic combo can launchs a projectile at Mach 1.2 to 1.5 for a decent envelope for weather issues that would be great for a scramjet 1st stage. If you can shoot 10-20 rounds an hour they can merge in leo with recovered lower bits
